What is 2-Phase Expression® technology?
Through research, Medela learned that there are two distinct phases of how babies breastfeed. The Stimulation Phase is fast and light sucking to start milk flowing followed by the Expression Phase, slow and stronger sucking to deliver more milk faster. The Freestyle breastpump includes exclusive 2-Phase Expression technology that mimics a baby's natural nursing pattern.

WARRANTY
For breastpump, there is no local warranty. It is brand new with Medela seal intact. Warranty is optional provided by me (the seller) at additional RM130 for 3 months and RM250 for 12 months from date pump is received. If warranty purchase, repair is provided by me (the seller).Warranty provided by me (the seller) includes similar to what local service centre covers, this is also specify at the bottom of the Medela Freestyle pump.

• The product is warranted by the seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year / 3 months (depending on the warranty amount paid, RM130 for 3 months and RM250 for 12 months) for pump mechanism and rechargeable battery (for battery, only 6 months - this is what local Medela service centre offers) from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the seller will repair or replace the product without charge for such replacement, parts or labor. Purchase shall bear all expense for returning this product to seller. This warranty does not apply to any product used commercially or which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or alteration. This is a limited warranty. There is only ONE time replacement of pump, and warranty will cease immediately upon replacement of the new pump.

3 Strictly no returns/ exchange/ refund unless wrong product sent. Please make sure correct item is ordered. In case when payment sent but item is out of stock, no refund will be given, but full credit will be given for next purchase.
