WARRANTY
For breastpump, there is no local warranty. It is brand new with Medela seal intact. Warranty is optional provided by me (the seller) at additional RM130 for 3 months and RM250 for 12 months from date pump is received. If warranty purchase, repair is provided by me (the seller).Warranty provided by me (the seller) includes similar to what local service centre covers, this is also specify at the bottom of the Medela Freestyle pump.

• The product is warranted by the seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year / 3 months (depending on the warranty amount paid, RM130 for 3 months and RM250 for 12 months) for pump mechanism and rechargeable battery (for battery, only 6 months - this is what local Medela service centre offers) from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the seller will repair or replace the product without charge for such replacement, parts or labor. Purchase shall bear all expense for returning this product to seller. This warranty does not apply to any product used commercially or which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or alteration. This is a limited warranty. There is only ONE time replacement of pump, and warranty will cease immediately upon replacement of the new pump.

• No warranty on accessories / bottles, warranty only limited to pump motor and rechargeable battery.

• Medela pump is a single user product. Use by more than one person may present a health risk and performance questions and voids the warranty.

The SoftFit breastshields are constructed of a soft, flexible silicone material that comfortably massages the breast and areola while you are using a breast pump.

This breast shield is designed for use by women who have regular sized nipples - it is only available in the medium 24mm size. Works with all Medela pumps and kits except for Little Hearts Manual Breastpump.

Do not use the Medela MicroSteam Bags with the SoftFit breastshields. The MicrSteam Bag gets so hot it is likely to make the silicone hard and can cause the shield to become mis-shaped. It is much better to boil the SoftFits in water and make sure they are covered by the water.
